• Check boiler interior piping

• Check venting system

• Check air vents

• Check boiler relief valve

• Check automatic air vents (if used)

• Review database items

• Closet cleanouts

• Any final prep for Christmas Eve

• Closet cleanouts

• Kitchen cleanup

• AC filters

• Remove old portable AC units

Dress in cloths you don’t mind getting dirty. Please bring rubber gloves and rags for wiping dry if you have them.
